Introduction :

This document is intended to serve as a practical work plan and development guide for the Marketing Co-op Student at Avalon. Rather than a traditional performance review, it focuses on setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and supporting skill development throughout the co-op term.

The goal is to create shared alignment between the student and their mentor through regular check-ins, clear priorities, and ongoing feedback.
