Here at Trust Science our culture of continuous communication and mentorship towards employee growth, recognizes the importance and developing a performance check/learning goals and manage them for employee growth. This document can aid in preparing a process checklist with your employee/mentor/management.

Commercial & Contract Strategy: Analyze client contracts (MSAs, NDAs, etc.) to identify common negotiation points and recurring redlines; track and summarize legal and procurement objections from active prospects; build and maintain a contract playbook to streamline deal cycles; and support late-stage sales conversations by preparing summaries of key legal considerations.

Regulatory & Product Analysis: Research and synthesize applicable regulatory frameworks (FCRA, fair lending, explainability requirements, etc.); support the Product and DA teams in documenting models and data usage in a regulator-friendly format; draft internal memos outlining legal considerations for new features or data sources; and conduct competitive analysis on how other fintechs position compliance and regulatory risk.

Growth & Market Positioning: Translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, client-facing messaging; contribute to compliance-focused one-pagers, lender FAQs, and sales enablement materials; and help identify opportunities to strengthen Trust Science’s positioning around transparency, fairness, and compliance.
