Here at Sustainable Projects Group our culture of continuous communication and mentorship towards employee growth, recognizes the importance and developing a performance check/learning goals and manage them for employee growth. This document can aid in preparing a process checklist with your employee/mentor/management.

Energy Auditing: To develop knowledge on energy auditing within the built environment. This includes energy assessments of various residential/commercial/municipal of buildings, from the site visit and historical data collection section to the analysis and recommendation of energy conservation measures section.

Building Condition Assessments: Undertaking detailed building condition assessments from site visit data collection to analysis to report writing and revisions.

Site Auditing: Undertaking site audits of various commercial/residential/municipal buildings. This will typically be to gather information used for energy audits or building condition assessments. This can include conducting detailed inventories of mechanical equipment, lighting fixtures, water fixtures and the building envelope.

Technical Report Writing: This skill involves writing mainly technically-accurate, client facing reports for a range of energy efficiency services offered by Sustainable Projects Group. This may include energy audit reports, building condition assessment reports, GHG reduction feasibility study reports or other strategic energy reports.

Evaluate building drawings and other documentation: As part of auditing, this skill may be used to evaluate various documentation supplied by the client such as building drawings, mechanical drawings or equipment schedules.

Presentation & Communication skils: Improving both presentation and communication skills by part-taking in weekly team update meetings, alongside 1:1 meetings with senior management and meetings with clients. Improving communication skills by learning how to act with professionalism and fine-tune email/online communication with peers and clients.
