Mental Health Tips: Personal Self-Care Plan

Did you know that 47% of Canadians reported that their work is the most stressful part of their day¹? 38.6% report they would not tell their manager if they are experiencing a mental health problem². We all have deliverables, meetings and responsibilities in the workplace, and it is important to take a moment and reflect on how our work life impacts our mental health. Self-care includes having awareness and strategies for all aspects of your life (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) and we all benefit from taking a moment to consider how we are acknowledging mental health in our lives.
