A Note About Children. The Website is intended to be used by Canadian students attending university. You may not use the Website if you are less than 16 years of age or are younger than the minimum legal age in your country to use our Website. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 16. If we learn that Personal Information submitted is the Personal Information of a child under the age of 16, we will attempt to delete the Personal Information as soon as possible. You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you. Upon receipt of your written request, we will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information, although in certain limited circumstances, and as permitted under law, we may not be able to make all relevant Personal Information available to you, such as where that Personal Information also pertains to another individual. In such circumstances we will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. We will endeavor to deal with all requests for access to and modifications of Personal Information in a timely manner.

TECHNATION Canada places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of Website user data under our control. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to user information. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
