Technical Communication: Create clear and complete documents outlining all aspects of QA and dev tasks: Test cases, scripts, defects and other documents as required

Learning Metrics: Learning about testing metrics and how to track and build testing metrics.

Innovative Learning: Research Playwright MCP

Responsibility: Plan and estimate work and tasks in accordance with the Sprint/PI format

Collaboration: Be a contributing member of a scrum team and keep clear, concise and timely communication on all aspect of team work using team cannels

Software Design Patterns: Learn testing as a part of CI/CD process

Agile Practices: Being a member of a scrum Team and participate in all rituals

Organizational Skills: Learn how to organize a test framework, create test suites and test cases in efficient and logical way

Root cause analysis of defects: How to track down and reproduce bugs, provide complete and exhaustive information to developers

Version control system: How to properly file create commits, document commits, and merge development branches.
