Rather than a traditional performance review, it focuses on setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and supporting skill development throughout the co-op term.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to create shared alignment between the student and their mentor through regular check-ins, clear priorities, and ongoing feedback.
